CHALLENGE: Revitalize an outdated, under used small beach front house with extensive dry rot, foundation settlement, and resting below the FEMA flood elevation.
SOLUTION: The existing home was raised up on shoring, the old foundation removed, all dry-rot repaired, and a new foundation installed elevating the house above the FEMA flood elevation. The house was then totally updated, enlarged to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is now used on a regular basis as a vacation rental.
